To ensure a worry-free stay, we offer the option to subscribe to a comprehensive cancellation insurance at the time of booking, in partnership with Gritchen Affinity.

Comprehensive coverage for all unforeseen events

Cancellation: In case of cancellation of your stay due to serious illness, accident, or the death of a close relative, the amounts paid will be refunded.

Stay interruption: In case of early departure or late arrival, the unused nights will be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis.

Medical assistance: If you get injured during your stay, repatriation to your home or the nearest hospital is provided.

Sports equipment: In case of breakage or theft of your personal equipment, you will be compensated up to €400 per rental

Specially Tailored Coverage for Your Ski Trip

Snow Guarantee: If 48 hours before your departure to the mountains it is announced that 70% of the slopes are closed, your stay will be fully refunded (with a 5% deductible).

Search and Rescue Fees: In the event of an accident on the slopes, your transfer is covered from the accident site to the nearest suitable medical center.

Interruption of Lessons and Ski Pass: In the event of an accident, your unused ski lessons and passes will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
