To guarantee you a peaceful holiday, we suggest that you take out comprehensive cancellation insurance at the time of booking, in partnership with Gritchen Affinity.

Multi-risk guarantees to cover all contingencies

          Cancellation: in case of cancellation of your holiday due to serious illness, accident, death of a relative, etc.

          You will be reimbursed for the amounts paid

          Holiday interruption: in case of early departure or late arrival

          Unused nights are refunded on a pro rata basis

          Medical assistance: if you are injured during your holiday

          Repatriation to your home or to the nearest hospital is covered

          Replacement vehicle: you break down or have an accident while on holiday

          A replacement vehicle is provided for a maximum of 3 consecutive days

          Luggage: your luggage is lost, damaged or stolen (including your means of payment)

         You are compensated up to €1,000.

         Sports equipment: in case of breakage or theft of your personal equipment

          You are compensated up to €400 per rental

Cover specially adapted to your ski holiday

          Snow guarantee: if 48 hours before your departure to the mountains it is announced that 70% of the slopes are closed

          Your holiday is reimbursed in full (5% excess)

          Search and rescue costs: in the event of an accident on the slopes

          You will be transferred from the place of the accident to the nearest suitable medical centre.

          Unused lessons and ski pass: in the event of an accident

          Your unused lessons and ski passes are refunded on a pro rata basis

• Cancellation in case of Covid 19 infection or if you are a contact case
• Late arrival in case of Covid 19 infection or if you are a contact case
• Holiday interruption due to illness or death as a result of Covid 19 infection during the holiday
• Hotel expenses paid following quarantine for Covid-19 infection
